With the need to easily manage the increasing number of bookings, Grandeur Limo needed a modern and sustainable approach in handling clients, corporate staff and chauffeurs.
CUSTOMISED BOOKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Oangle went ahead to develop a customised booking management platform to aid in the administration of everyone involved in the booking process.
We developed an easy-to-maintain backend for the different user roles required. Users were able to view and edit fields specifically based on the permissions set. On each step of the journey, from client booking to the final drivers’ notification, we made sure that the respective users were updated on the booking statuses. Personalised email flows and notifications were created to tailor for each role to allow the ease of monitoring bookings.
